5.7 Inset controlled crossing

An image of an inset controlled crossing with tactile paving tiles laid 2400mm across the width of the dropped kerb and 800mm deep. A stem extends back from this area of tactile paving 1200mm wide, located adjacent to the push button control box and extends to the building line at the back of the pavement, forming an L shaped arrangement of tactile paving. A white band is painted above the push button control box on the column.
