If abuse of the parking provisions for disabled people is to be controlled,

As an aid to deterring abuse of spaces designated for Blue Badge holders, commercially
produced space reservation devices, incorporating visual and audible warnings,
are available. In tests, these warning devices have reduced abuse by up to 90%.
